The Watch Party Marketing Planner works with the Harmonize team to identiy marketing channels and opportunities (social media accounts, posters, church bulletins, etc) to draw in the community via customized marketing materials.
The Watch Party Venue Planner secures the location of the watch party by working with local churches, high schools, community centers, home owners, drive in movie theaters to allow people to watch the show from their venue.
The Watch Party Local Tech Support ensures the broadcast will run smoothly with no tech issues and will garner the necessary tech to play the Harmony Event on a big screen (likely a laptop, HDMI cord, and tv).
The Watch Party Games/Food Planner coordinates with community members to bring everyone together prior the Harmony show for some fun, games, and or food.
The Watch Party University Relations Manager will invite their desired Church of Christ affiliated colleges or universities to attend the Watch Party and bring/send merch and information regarding their school.
The Donor is the one who purchases the rights to stream the Harmony broadcast. Harmonize can help with securing a venue, marketing, tech, and more. Be sure to buy in the Fall semester for Early Bird prices.
